Air Asia is a low-cost airline based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It operates scheduled domestic and international flights and is Asia's leading low fare, no frills airline. Air Asia flights have been known to have frequent delays and sometimes, even cancellations. However, based on my personal experiences with this Air Asia- taking the first flight on the day' s schedule is usually the best as there are the least possibilities of delays on the first flight out.

Book your flight and you will be issued a booking number.
A flight itinerary with your travel details will be emailed or handed to you after you have made your payment.
You do not have to bring your flight itinerary with you for Check-in.All you need to remember is your booking number, or mention your name. You must show your identity card for Malaysian residents or passport for foreigners for identification and check-in purposes.
How to book and pay. There are several ways which is via internet, sms booking, call centre, Air Asia Airport counters, Air Asia's travel agents or Air Asia sales centre.

In year 2007, Prime Minister, Abdullah Badawi, has instructed public services and government-link companies to increase their efficiency and improving the poor public delivery system as both substitution and complementary to the privatization policy.

In line with the Prime Minister, Abullah Badawi’s instruction, many positive changes have been noticeable. One of the efforts that have been made is the Home Affairs Ministry complex located in Ayer Keroh. This provides both local and tourists the express service from all of the seven departments housed under one roof.

Besides, there is another noticeable effort being done and that is the government website, myGovernment Portal - www.malaysia.gov.my . This websites provides information ranging from payment to complaints applications, search and services.

There are 395 online services of ministries, departments and agencies and 3300 Government forms can be downloaded free which these help to enhance the public delivery system. There are also “Quick Links” direct to the Government machinery, directory, tenders, job vacancies, public complains and even to get information on the weather.

Well, the e-Government is a kind of E-Services it applies. E-Services which is one of the pilot applications the Government has embarked upon to demonstrate how information and communication technology can be exploited for the benefit of the public deliveries via the fastest and most convenient ways – The internet, Kiosks, and mobile hand phones. There are several ways to Prevent phishing attacks:

Again, make it a habit to enter the address of any banking, shopping, auction, or financial transaction website yourself and not depend on displayed links.

Fourth, we can installing a Web browser tool bar to help protect us from known fraudulent websites. These toolbars match where we are going with lists of known phisher Web sites and will alert us. For instead,now has the newer version of Internet Explorer version 7 includes this tool bar as does FireFox version 2 that we can install it to protect us.

Fifth way is regularly check our bank, credit and debit card satements to ensure that all transactions are legitimate.If anything is suspicious or you don't recognize the transaction, contact your bank and all card issuers.

When we register to become a member of this website, we need to fill in some personal information. The information is including name, date of birth, gender, address, telephone, e-mail address, occupation and interests. “Personal Financial Information” means any record containing a customer of a financial institution, whether in paper, electronic, or another form, that is handled by behalf of the institution or its affiliates.

Nowadays, the advancement of information technology (IT) makes privacy data being exposed to the public easier than before. Thus, there were so many people had become victims that their confidential data was stolen for unauthorized or illegal purpose. Hence, safeguard of personal and financial data has become an important issue for public now.

3. Pay attention when using an ATM
Keep your eyes peeled for anyone who seems a little too interested in your transactions. Use your free hand to shield the keypad when entering your PIN. Besides that, banker can add on fingerprint scanning on ATM machine. Keep credit cards to a minimum. Only keep the ones you actually use and destroy any that you no longer use by shredding them.

4. Install antispyware and antivirus software
Firewall, anti-virus software and password are useful to guard your computer information from the nefarious. User should always update their firewall in order to make it able to block hacker’s unauthorized access. There are extremely successful virtual e-commerce companies such as eBay, Google, or Yahoo! in recent years. However, there are large numbers of e-commerce companies that are not able to maintain their profit through e-commerce. Some well-known business-to-consumers (B2C) failures include eToys, Xpeditor, Chemdex.com, Boo.com and Webvan.com. Now, I would like to explain why Boo.com fails in its business.

Boo.com was established in 1998 and was founded by three Swedish entrepreneurs: Ernst Malmsten, Kajsa Leander, and Pattrik Hedelin. Boo.com intention was to sell branded fashion apparel over the internet. The website provided customers with a shopping assistant “Miss. Boo”. However, Miss. Boo failed to assist customers with the purchasing experience. Boo.com essentially failed because they did not carefully plan their business by considering the 4 P’s (Price, Product, Place, and Promotion) and the environmental factors (Social, Technological, Economic, Political, and Geography) that might impact their overall success.

Boo.com failed because they tried to do too much without careful planning. For example, Boo.com established many online shops in many countries without considering the internet capability of the low developed countries. At that time, about 20% of home users used dial-up internet which did not allow them to access Boo.com at a fast rate. Boo.com believes that their business would have succeeded if the internet revolution would have occurred faster, it was just bad timing for Boo.com

Causes of why Boo.com Fails

· Speed

It is very slow to load pages because Boo.com relied heavily on JavaScript and flash technology. Besides, at that time many people used dial up internet.

· Poor web design and usability

It is difficult to get where visitor want to go. They had a policy of “limiting the amount of transaction they made to three per twenty minute” which will discourage customer to shop at Boo.com again.

The weird thing is that, 3 of us got different kind of characteristic, but we can actually play with each other well~

Lenny, miss tan sim ling, which her nickname in our class is “miss francha”! Is hard to explain how she got this tricky nickname, but I sure every classmate knew what is the history behind of her “miss francha”~ In my mind, she is a women. Of course, oopps, is a young lady, not women~! A young lady with big mind, well plan future for herself, our business women in the future! She always got her own theory to live her life up, enjoyable and reasonable. Well on the other hand, also lead others to respect on her opinion whenever reach her turn to speak out something.
